Globally the aviation industry is experiencing the largest workforce shortage in our history. Aircraft are the lifeline to our rural communities in Alaska. We provide the support for underserved youth to follow their dreams into the aviation industry, starting with entry level jobs all the way through commercial pilot and airframe and power plant mechanics.

Our industry partner and operating company, Swoop, is conveniently located at Merrill Field Airport in Anchorage, Alaska. Providing support to rural Alaskan students through remote options, in addition to job coaching and mentorship.
